We at John Ryder are a reliable family run removals and storage company based in Wymondham, Norfolk. We have a fleet of vehicles at our disposal from small transit vans to 7.5 ton lorries to suit your requirements. We have past experience at doing house clearances and also taking and delivering items to salerooms, and auctions etc. Our team of professionals will treat your items as if they were their own – they will treat them with the utmost care and attention they deserve. If your item can be put in the back of one of our vans, we can move it for you! Our specialty is transporting delicate and antique furniture we have regular ‘Haulage’ jobs to several sales rooms across Norfolk, every week.

Our ‘Removals’ service can accommodate both domestic and commercial clients and we can deliver locally, across Norfolk and if needed, further afield. We even have a ‘Man-With-A-Van’ service which is ideal for one-man or self moves, or if you just need to move a sofa or an antique piece of furniture across town.

We do a ‘House Clearance’ service too. We have the facilities and man power to do full and partial house clearances where we can clear an entire house for you. We must also mention, we are fully licenced to dispose of unwanted items as well as offering to take any valuable items to the sale rooms for auction on your behalf, paying in cash and charging haulage. We buy, sell and auction items such as: furniture, books, toys and much more.

We don’t just do removals though, we also have a ‘Storage’ facility. No matter what the reason to store your property, we have the room to accommodate either a few large items or an entire family household. Our facility is over 2000 sq ft and is modern, dry and most importantly safe and secure. We can provide boxes, tissue paper, tape, and any other materials you may need. And if needed, we can also collect all your items for storage and then return them to you when they are needed.
